An established regional broker with offices in Clowne and Ripley, Derbyshire, Buckingham Insurance serves the local community with business and personal lines insurance products backed up by a uniquely personal service. With an established and successful business model in place, it would have been easy for the business to rest on its laurels and continue to do what they always did.
But the Directors at Buckingham Insurance saw that their customers’ expectations were changing. While they continued to value truly personal service, they expected to be able to interact with the business in increasingly fluid ways. Whether it was accessing their policy details in the dead of night, making a claim or looking to make a mid term adjustment, the requirement to trade in a truly multi-channel way had become apparent. Similarly, the management team wanted better management intelligence that allowed them to track leads from first phone call through to purchase.
Buckingham Insurance saw the need for more than just a new website. they wanted a digital strategy that made life simpler for the clients and prospect, gave them better insights and ultimately contributed to a more efficient distribution of products and services that enhanced rather than detracted from their ‘personal touch’ approach.

With Buckingham Insurance, Quotall first redeveloped the website, devised a keyword strategy and then created relevant, SEO product and service copy. We then created My Account and staff login areas so that vital documentation could be securely stored and quickly accessed by staff and clients alike.
