Project Brief
As the name would suggest, The Property Insurance Centre (PIC) is a specialist broker working with property owners across the UK. Their insurance website had been custom coded, making it difficult to manage and adjust content. It’s poor search visibility with search engines also meant that PIC were reliant on costly Google Pay Per Click advertising to find new clients. PIC were further frustrated that paid-for website traffic was dropping away before making a sales enquiry.
Quotall was given the brief to work on the design for a new insurance website. Key considerations were:
- Easy to use and update content management system (CMS)
- SEO optimised site that had the potential to score well with search engines and therefore rank for specific keyword terms.
- Improved customer experience online that ensured an increased level of engagement and sales enquiries.
Insurance website design for Property Insurance Centre
Skills Needed
As an insurance marketing agency we believe that keeping the client informed and involved in a project is critical. In the case of the PIC website, as well as designing the website and its architecture, we also developed in excess of 30 pages (over 20,000 words!) of FCA compliant copywriting. This covered search engine friendly product and service descriptions as well as key information about the business and its staff. Weekly project management calls meant that the 6 week project was delivered on time and to specification.
